Exercise During the Perinatal Period

Welcome to MAIA Exercise Physiology - a virtual and mobile clinic specialising in pregnancy and postnatal exercise. 

Exercise can be used to treat and manage perinatal conditions such as gestational diabetes, pelvic pain, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and perinatal anxiety and depression, as well as assist with physical and mental health. 

At MAIA we offer individual telehealth (video consultations), mobile consultations, mums group workshops and education sessions. We know you're busy, and can assist you from the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you!
