About the event

If you would like to know more about safely returning to exercise after having a baby, then this webinar is for you!

We will cover:

  • Postpartum rehabilitation
  • Strengthening your body from the inside, out.
  • Introducing impact exercise and running.
  • Recognising the signs of when to slow down or seek help.
  • Considerations when breastfeeding

All participants will receive a free e-book with exercise examples included!
